§ 3-2-4 VACANCIES.
   Vacancies on the Planning and Environmental Commission shall occur whenever a member of the Commission is removed by the Town Council, dies, becomes incapacitated and unable to perform his or her duties for a period of 60 days, resigns, ceases to meet the qualifications for Commission members or is convicted of a felony. Vacancies shall be filled by a majority vote of the Town Council.
