§ 3-2-3 REMOVAL FROM OFFICE.
   Members of the Planning and Environmental Commission shall serve at the will of the Town Council and shall be subject to removal by the Town Council for inefficiency, neglect of duty, failure to attend meetings, malfeasance in office or any other reasons the Town Council deems proper.
