The Planning and Environmental Commission shall have seven members appointed by the Town Council. All members of the Commission shall be residents, qualified electors of the town, and if any member ceases to reside in the town, membership on the Commission shall immediately terminate. The terms of the members of the Planning and Environmental Commission shall be for two years on an overlapping basis and shall expire on March 31 of the year of termination.
