There shall not be permitted any conversion of a lodge or accommodation unit within the town to a condominium, except as provided for the provision of employee housing units. Employee housing units created pursuant to this chapter are subject to the definitions, requirements and provisions of Title 12, Chapters 13 and 16 of this code, as amended.
