§ 13-1-5 JURISDICTION.
   These regulations are applicable within the following described areas:
   (A)   All land located within the legal boundaries of the town; and
   (B)   All land located within three miles of the corporate limits of the town and not located in any other municipality for the purposes of control with reference to major streets only.
