In addition to the conditions which may be prescribed pursuant to this chapter, a conditional use shall also be subject to all other procedures, permits and requirements of this chapter and other applicable ordinances and regulations of the town. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of a conditional use permit and any other permit or requirement, the more restrictive provision shall prevail.
