§ 2-5-10 PURPOSE OF APPROPRIATIONS.
   By resolution, the Town Council shall appropriate available revenues from the recreational amenities tax from the Real Estate Transfer Tax Fund. Such appropriations shall be made for the purposes set forth in § 2-6-9 of this title.
