§ 2-5-9 REVENUES PAID INTO REAL ESTATE TRANSFER TAX FUND.
   All recreational amenities taxes collected pursuant to this chapter shall be paid into the Real Estate Transfer Tax Fund. The Finance Director shall maintain a special account for said revenues.
