§ 12-9C-2 PERMITTED USES.
   The following uses shall be permitted in the GU District:
   (A)   Bicycle and pedestrian paths;
   (B)   Communications antennas and appurtenant equipment;
   (C)   Employee housing units, as further regulated by Chapter 13 of this title; and
   (D)   Passive outdoor recreation areas, and open space.
