For purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply.
BUILDING. The same as defined in the Town Uniform Building Code, Part II, Chapter 4, as amended.
BUILDING OFFICIAL. The same as defined in the Town Uniform Building Code, Part II, Chapter 4, as amended.
BUILDING PERMIT. The same as defined in the Town Uniform Building Code, Part II, Chapter 4, as amended.
FLOOR AREA. The same as defined in Title 12, Chapter 2 of this code.
OTHER DESIGNATED TOWN OFFICIAL. An official designated by the Town Manager.
ZONING DISTRICT. Those districts designated in § 12-4-1 of this code, with provisions for each district set forth in Title 12 of this code.
