§ 2-4-3 PAYMENT OF TAX.
   The tax levied by this chapter shall be due on the date upon which the Public Utilities Commission of the state finally approves the franchise that may be granted to electrical utilities by the town, whichever date shall occur later, and shall be payable in full on that date.
