(a) Costs in proceedings before the Mayor’s Court shall be taxed against all cases as established by Order of Court. Such costs shall include administrative preparation, docketing, labor, supplies, subpoenas, and shall also include all costs established by the Ohio Revised Code.
(b) The charges for costs set forth above shall be imposed in addition to any fine or penalty which may be given to a defendant found guilty of any Village ordinance in the Mayor’s Court.
