151.02 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)   “Full-time employee” means any employee who is designated as a full-time employee when hired or is regularly scheduled to work at least forty hours per week.
   (b)   “Part-time employee” means any person employed by the Village who does not meet or ceases to meet the requirements of a full-time employee.
   (c)   “Immediate family” means the employee’s spouse and the father, mother, sister, brother, child or stepchild or legal ward of the employee or his spouse.
   (d)   “Anniversary date” means the month and day when an employee is hired or last changed status from full-time to part-time employee or from part-time to full-time employee.
   (e)   “Probationary period” means a ninety day period commencing with the first day of work during which an employee may be dismissed without notice or hearing, except that such period shall be such longer period as prescribed by the Ohio Revised Code for particular positions.
