905.10 COST REIMBURSEMENT AND FILING FEE TO VACATE, NARROW OR CHANGE NAME OF A STREET OR ALLEY.

(a) A filing fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) shall be paid to the Village upon the filing of any petition praying that a street or alley in the immediate vicinity of the filer’s lot be vacated or narrowed, or the name therefor changed.

(b) The person(s) filing any such petition shall be responsible for paying all publication costs actually incurred by the Village in connection with such petition.
