§ 32.131 NOTICE TO ABATE.
   (A)   Any official authorized by the city to enforce this code of ordinances may issue a notice to abate to a person who commits a municipal infraction. The notice shall be sent by certified mail to the property owner.
   (B)   The notice to abate shall contain the following information:
      (1)   Description of the nuisance or obstruction. A description of what constitutes the nuisance or obstruction;
      (2)   Location of the nuisance or obstruction;
      (3)   Acts necessary to abate. A statement of the act or acts necessary to abate the nuisance or obstruction;
      (4)   Reasonable time. A reasonable time within which to complete the abatement; and
      (5)   Assessment of city costs. A statement that if the nuisance or obstruction is not abated as directed and no request for a hearing is made within the time prescribed, the city will abate it and assess the costs against that person.
