§ 160.60 SUBSTANDARD LOTS.
   (A)   A single-family detached dwelling and accessory structures thereto may be erected or enlarged on any residentially-zoned parcel that was of official record in the County Recorder’s office as of September 26, 1974, irrespective of its area or width; provided, however, that if such substandard lot is combined with abutting lands into single ownership the substandard lot or parcel shall not be sold or used except in full compliance with the provisions of this Code.
   (B)   Substandard lots shall comply with all Code requirements insofar as practical, but in any case shall comply with the following minimum standards:
      (1)   Building height: maximum of 30 feet;
      (2)   Rear yard: minimum of 25 feet;
      (3)   Front yard: as required by district regulations; and
      (4)   Side yards: the street side yard on corner lots shall not be less than ten feet; each interior side yard shall be 10% of the lot frontage; but not less than eight feet.
