§ 32.128 INTERFERENCE WITH OFFICIAL ACTS.
   No person shall knowingly resist or obstruct any official authorized by the city, in the performance of any act related to public health and public safety, lawfully engaged in an inquiry or notice of abatement, related to this subchapter. The terms RESIST and OBSTRUCT as used in this section do not include verbal harassment unless the verbal harassment is accompanied by a present ability and apparent intention to execute a verbal threat physically.
