§ 32.126 OBSTRUCTIONS PROHIBITED.
   The city shall investigate possible violations, and if warranted, the city shall notify the property owner and seek abatement.
   (A)   Public rights-of-way (ROW). No trees or shrubs shall be planted or installed in the ROW without authorization from the City Council.
   (B)   Branches and vegetation. Branches and vegetation from trees and/or shrubs shall not obstruct the vision or use of any of the following; and the trees and/or shrubs shall be pruned and maintained to remedy any obstruction of:
      (1)   Fire hydrant when viewed from the street;
      (2)   Sidewalk;
      (3)   Street corner;
      (4)   Traffic-control sign or traffic signal; and
      (5)   Other public improvements.
