§ 160.36 RESIDENTIAL SWIMMING POOLS.
   Residential swimming pools as defined by the most-recent edition of the International Building Code and any successor thereto that has been adopted by the city, shall be allowed as an accessory use to a residential use, provided that the pool shall be solely intended for and used by the occupants of the property on which it is located and their guests. Swimming pools shall be set back a minimum of ten feet from all property lines, as measured to the closest edge of the water or any structures appurtenant to the pool, and shall not be located within any front setback or street side yard setback that this Code does not allow to be fenced.
