(A) Loading space required. The minimum number and type of loading and unloading spaces, whether dock or drive-up, specified by the following table shall be provided according to use.

(B) Minimum dimensions. Each required loading berth shall be a minimum of 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum depth of 120 feet for a semi-truck trailer berth, and a minimum depth of 60 feet for a straight truck loading berth.
(C) Paving requirements and restrictions. Loading and unloading berths shall not be constructed on any side of a building that is faces a residential district, unless separated therefrom by a public street or fully screened therefrom by buildings located on a nonresidential property. All loading berths and associated access and circulation drives and aisles shall be paved with either portland concrete or asphaltic concrete cement having a nominal minimum depth of eight inches, and shall be located and configured in a manner to prevent all vehicles from projecting into or obstructing traffic lanes while maneuvering, loading or unloading.
