§ 158.125 APPEAL FROM DENIAL OF PERMIT OR FAILURE TO ACT.

   Appeal may be taken to the Board of Adjustment from the Zoning Administrator’s denial of a sign permit, or from the Administrator’s failure to act to formally grant or deny a complete and compliant application for a sign permit within 45 days after the date of filing such permit and the payment of the application fee.
