Federal, provincial or state licenses as applicable. Any sign company seeking to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, maintain, convert or manufacture any sign shall demonstrate and register with the city a statement that they have all of the necessary licenses from all other governmental agencies applicable, or shall be represented by a duly licensed agent or sub-contractor.
