§ 158.028 REAL ESTATE SIGNS.

For sale or lease signs shall be removed upon sale or lease of the property, and shall not carry information regarding facilities available on the property or within the buildings. The signs shall advertise the sale, rental or lease of only the premises upon which the sign is located.
