§ 154.25 EXCEPTION FOR FARMS AND EXISTING ESTATES.
   Farms, and nonfarm premises having an area of more than one acre on January 1, 1997, shall be exempted from this Code for the time that the area of the nonfarm premises exceeds one acre.
