(A) Pursuant to published notice and public hearing, as required by law, the International Mechanical Code, 2018 Edition, and International Fuel Gas Code, 2018 Edition, published by the International Code Council and commonly known as the International Mechanical Code and International Fuel Gas Code, are hereby adopted in full except for those portions as may be hereinafter deleted, modified or amended. The State of Iowa mandates a Statewide Mechanical Code, which shall also be in effect in Urbandale.
(B) An official copy of the International Mechanical Code, 2018 Edition, and the International Fuel Gas Code, 2018 Edition, as adopted and a certified copy of this Code are on file in the office of the Depart of Community Development.
