§ 151.02 ADOPTION OF HOUSING CODE.
   (A)   The International Property Maintenance Code, 2012 Edition, published by the International Code Council and commonly known as the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), is hereby adopted in full, except as deleted, modified or amended in this chapter.
   (B)   An official copy of the IPMC, 2012 Edition as adopted, and a certified copy of this code, are on file in the Department of Community Development and available for public inspection.
