A bond shall be executed to the city with good and sufficient sureties as set by resolution approved by City Council, conditioned for the payment of any damage for which the city may be liable in consequence of the use of any street or alley for the moving of any building and the payment of any penalty that may be incurred by the permit holder, his or her agents or employees for violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter.
