§ 150.36 RESPONSIBILITIES OF PERMIT HOLDER.
   (A)   The permit holder shall be responsible for the removal and replacement of all telephone, telegraph and electric light wires and poles are removed when necessary and replaced in good order; and shall be liable for the costs of the same.
   (B)   Where the electric telephone or telegraph wires do not belong to the city, the permit holder shall give 24-hour notice to the owner thereof to remove the wires and the owner of the wires may either remove or direct the removal and replacing of the wires, the permit holder paying the costs thereof. The permit holder shall also be liable for any damage to any pavement, sidewalk, pole or other city property, including the streets and alleys, caused by moving the building. Any damage to any city property not repaired shall be repaired by the city and the cost thereof.
