(A) No building shall be moved into, within or out of the city without first obtaining a permit from the Department of Community Development for the move.
(B) No permit shall be issued and no house or other structure shall be moved to any lot or parcel of ground within the corporate limits of the city unless the house or structure shall fully meet all requirements of the Building Code, and all other ordinances of the city in effect on the date of the application.
