§ 150.20 FEE.
   (A)   A fee as set by resolution approved by City Council shall be charged for the permit contemplated by this subchapter.
   (B)   Anyone starting the work of demolition without first obtaining a permit shall be liable for a penalty fee, as set by resolution approved by City Council.
