§ 150.19 SPILLS AND DEPOSITS.
   (A)   Whenever any material from demolition work is hauled on public streets, care shall be exercised to keep residue from being spilled or deposited on the streets.
   (B)   Any residue shall be cleaned up by the permit holder.
   (C)   If the permit holder fails to perform, the city may choose to do the cleanup and charge the permit holder or property owner for all cleanup and associated costs, or may seek any other legal remedy provided by law to force the permit holder or property owner to perform all necessary cleanup, including any bond or other surety required to be posted by the permit holder as a condition of the permit issuance.
