(A) Pursuant to published notice and public hearing as required by law, the International Residential Code, 2018 Edition, published by the International Code Council and commonly known as the International Residential Code (IRC), is hereby adopted in full except for those portions as may be hereinafter deleted, modified or amended. An official copy of the Residential Code, 2018 Edition, as adopted and a certified copy of this subchapter is on file in the office of the Department of Community Development and is available for public inspection.
(B) Pursuant to published notice and public hearing as required by law, the International Building Code, 2018 Edition, published by the International Code Council and commonly known as the International Building Code (IBC) is hereby adopted in full except for those portions as may be hereinafter deleted, modified or amended. An official copy of the International Building Code, 2018 Edition as adopted and a certified copy of this subchapter is on file in the office of the Department of Community Development and is available for public inspection.
(C) Pursuant to published notice and public hearing as required by law, the International Existing Building Code, 2018 Edition, published by the International Code Council and commonly known as the International Existing Building Code (IEBC), is hereby adopted in full except for those portions as may be hereinafter deleted, modified or amended. An official copy of the International Existing Building Code 2018 Edition, as adopted and a certified copy of this subchapter are on file in the office of the Department of Community Development and are available for public inspection.
