§ 133.13 TRAPPING ON CITY-OWNED PROPERTY.
   No person shall set or use a steel or claw trap on any city-owned property, including city parks, for the purpose of taking, killing, maiming, wounding, ensnaring, trapping or capturing an animal or which is injurious to persons or animals.
