§ 116.04 FALSE ALARM RESPONSE.
   (A)   Fire/EMS Department. A false alarm for fire suppression or other firefighting incidents usually requires multiple firefighters from the Department to respond in multiple and specialized equipment depending on the type of alarm.
   (B)   Police Department. A false alarm for security, intrusion, robbery and other non-fire causes usually requires from one to three police officers to respond in individual vehicular units depending on the type of alarm.
   (C)   Extenuating circumstances. The Chief, or designee, may waive the service charge for a false alarm resulting from extreme weather conditions or other extenuating circumstances, as determined on a case-by-case review.
