§ 115.11 SCOPE OF LICENSE; SALE; TRANSFER AND ASSIGNABILITY.
   (A)   An after hours business license shall be a personal privilege and is revocable for cause. It is not property nor is it subject to attachment and execution nor alienable nor assignable, and it shall cease upon the death of the permittee or licensee, or terminate upon sale.
   (B)   Every permit or license shall be issued in the name of the applicant, and no person holding a permit or license shall allow any other person to use the permit or license.
   (C)   No after hours business license shall be sold or transferred. The purchaser of any after hours business or of the majority of the stock of any corporation operating an after hours business shall make application for and obtain a new license before operating the business at the location for which the license has been issued. The after hours business license shall not be assignable.
