(A) An after hours business license holder shall provide adequate security to provide for crowd control and the safety of patrons.
(B) The city may, as a condition of obtaining and holding an after hours business license or permit, require a designated security employee as defined in this chapter to be trained and certified in security methods. This training shall include, but is not limited to, mediation techniques, civil rights or unfair practices awareness, and providing instruction on the proper physical restraint methods used against a person who has become combative.
