§ 115.04 CONDITIONS FOR LICENSE APPROVAL.
   The following conditions and regulations must be met by an applicant for an after hours business license.
   (A)   The applicant must give consent in writing on the application that members of the Fire and Police Departments and the Building Inspector may enter upon the business premises without warrant to inspect for violations of the provisions of state and municipal law, as well as for compliance with the laws of this chapter and other applicable Fire, Building and Health Code regulations.
   (B)   The premises for which an after hours business license is sought must be located within an area where that business is permitted and conforms to the city’s zoning requirements.
   (C)   All applicable permits and licenses provided for by this code shall be displayed in a conspicuous place on the premises of the license holder and at all times shall be subject to inspection.
   (D)   No after hours business license shall be approved for premises which do not conform to all applicable laws, ordinances, resolutions and health and fire regulations.
   (E)   No after hours business license shall be approved for a period of one year for any premises or business which has previously had any state or Iowa liquor license revoked or suspended for any reason, beginning from the date of the suspension.
   (F)   No after hours business license shall be approved for a period of one year for any premises or business which has previously been found to be a nuisance under Chapter 97, beginning from the date of the finding by the Council that a nuisance existed.
