§ 115.03 LICENSE OR PERMIT REQUIRED; ELIGIBILITY.
   (A)   No person shall operate an after hours business in the city without first applying for and paying the license fee to procure an after hours business license.
   (B)   This chapter, however, shall not apply to hotels or motels.
   (C)   Upon meeting the requirements imposed by this chapter, a person who is of good moral character as defined by this chapter, may apply for and hold an after hours business license.
   (D)   For a corporation or partnership, the officers of the corporation and the partners of a partnership shall be persons of good moral character as defined by this chapter or state law.
