(A) The Council may remove the City Manager from office by a majority vote in accordance with provisions of Iowa Code Chapter 372.15 and this code of ordinances.
(B) After completing 12 months’ service, the City Manager may not be removed without 45 days’ notice or 45 days’ pay at the highest salary received during tenure unless found guilty of an illegal action in the performance of duties.
