The Clerk shall immediately serve notice to the licensee either in person or by regular mail to the licensee’s local address of the license suspension and of the hearing of the possible revocation of license, as set forth in § 112.14. The notice shall contain particulars of the complaints against the licensee, the ordinance provisions or state statutes allegedly violated, and the date, time and place for the hearing on the matter.
