§ 99.089 ADOPTION OF SCHEDULE OF ASSESSMENTS.
   Upon adoption by the Council, the schedule of assessments for repairing sidewalks and the resolution approving such shall be certified by the Clerk to the County Auditor for collection in the manner provided by law.
