§ 99.087 FILING OF SCHEDULE OF ASSESSMENTS.
   Upon the filing of the schedule of assessments for sidewalk repair with the Clerk, the Council shall, by resolution, set a date as the last date for filing written objections to the schedule of assessments, and the Clerk shall thereupon publish a notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the city.
