Points of access existing at the time of the original establishment of the controlled access facilities and those authorized by ordinances adopted by the Council are on file in the office of the Clerk. These allowable access points are contained in Ordinances No. 125, 129, 181, 182, 227, 234, 239, 87-18, 94-4, 96-9 and 2001-23.
