(A) Consistent with § 32.042, the Parks and Recreation Commission shall have the power to make rules and regulations for the use of parks and other recreational facilities, subject to the approval of the rules by the City Council.
(B) The Parks and Recreation Director shall ensure that the rules are posted and enforced at a designated skate park.
(C) The Parks and Recreation Director shall be authorized to prohibit a user who violates the skate park rules from using the skate park facility.
(D) The Parks and Recreation Director and/or the Police Chief or designated police representative shall be authorized to close a designated skate park for gross violations of the posted rules, or for other warranted reasons.
