For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SKATEBOARDING. A generic term including, but not limited to, a skateboard, in-line skates, roller blades, roller skates or similar devices with wheels or other rotating mechanisms to support or to glide the user from one place to another place; excluded from the definition is a snowboard, ice skates, skis, bicycle, tricycle, kick scooter, powered scooter, motorized vehicle or similar conveyance devices.
