§ 98.40 DESIGNATED SKATE PARKS.
   The Parks and Recreation Department under the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission and with the concurrence of the City Council shall determine public park property or portion thereof to be used as a designated skate park facility to permit skateboarding.
