Public park space is available for reservation by members of the public upon application for a fee and under reasonable conditions imposed by the Director of Parks and Recreation. All use of public park space for public or private gatherings are limited to the ground or building that is specifically reserved to the applicant, and such gatherings shall be subject to all city, state, and federal laws and regulations, and shall be conducted in a lawful and orderly manner.
