§ 92.99 PENALTY.

Violations of this chapter are simple misdemeanors and are punishable by a fine. Violations of this chapter are also declared to be municipal infractions and may be punished as provided in Chapter 11 of this code. Officials of the Fire Prevention Bureau shall have the discretion to enforce this chapter either as a municipal infraction or a simple misdemeanor.
