§ 92.05 APPEALS.

The Board of Appeals mentioned in § 109 of the International Fire Code (2018 Edition) shall be the same Board that has been appointed for the Building and Housing Code. The Fire Chief shall be an ex officio member of the Board, and all rules governing appeals in effect shall be used for the Fire Code.
