§ 75.07 TIME RESTRICTION.

Where the use of a snowmobile or all-terrain vehicle, off-road utility vehicle, off-road motorcycle, is permitted, they may be used only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Golf carts are permitted only between the hours of sunrise and sunset (see Iowa Code § 321.247).
